Blogging makes me feel.....
Blogging makes me feel like I am sharing a part of my interests, my day, and my opinions with others. My sole purpose for my blog right now is to share my P90X experience and I think this can possibly motivate someone else to want to work out. I can’t wait to give more details about my P90X blogging because the exercises are fun and at the same time a lot of work. Maybe by me blogging about this someone else will be able to relate to wanting to get in shape. I like sharing this information. Blogging is like a virtual journal if you think about it.
Making Time for Blogging.
I have never blogged before taking this class and I like it. The only thing that I would say is a challenge for me at this moment is having to blog daily. I tend to not have the time to blog since I have other things going on such as taking 3 classes this term and other personal things. So now I feel like I have something else that is a part of my life and needs my attention. I need to find a good time in the day to set aside for my blogging. I think the best time for me to blog would be at night just before I go to bed. I mean, I should be blogging about my P90X workouts which I do in the day so at night time I should have no problem blogging about what I did in the morning. There it is. I found time J
A little setback
Hi everyone. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. I did too, well kind of. I had a little issue with some family members that I allowed to set me back from continuing my P90X workout routines. This is why I have not been blogging so I apologize. All is well now and I will resume my workouts tomorrow. So I will give details of my P90X workout. Sorry guys.

Day 1: Core Synergistics
What's up? I just started my blog and my blog is on my P90x workouts. It's a 90 day program of intense workouts that consist of cardio, yoga, plyometrics, AB ripper, legs & back and so many other areas. I will blog about basically my challenges and victories of this daily work out. I am 5'11 and weight 211 lbs. It's funny because when people see me they don't think I look 211 lbs. They expect to see an overweight guy but per my BMI, I am considered to be overweight but I don't look it. I guess I carry the weight well. I basically want to tone up and get back down to 185 lbs. I have been going to the gym periodically but today I will start my day 1 of P90x.....Core Synergistics.
