Day 1: Core Synergistics
What's up? I just started my blog and my blog is on my P90x workouts. It's a 90 day program of intense workouts that consist of cardio, yoga, plyometrics, AB ripper, legs & back and so many other areas. I will blog about basically my challenges and victories of this daily work out. I am 5'11 and weight 211 lbs. It's funny because when people see me they don't think I look 211 lbs. They expect to see an overweight guy but per my BMI, I am considered to be overweight but I don't look it. I guess I carry the weight well. I basically want to tone up and get back down to 185 lbs. I have been going to the gym periodically but today I will start my day 1 of P90x.....Core Synergistics.

I got through 6 weeks... I had problems with a bad back and had to take a rest, but I'm ready to get back into P90X.
ReplyDeleteIt would helpful if you posted some of the tips that you're learning through P90X, from exercise to eating healthy.
